Starent’s Web Element Management System (Web EMS) is a centralized service and network element management product that controls the multimedia core platforms. Web EMS provides fault, configuration, accounting, performance and security functions through a web-based, graphical user interface.

The Web EMS is easily integrated into the mobile operator’s network, service, and business management systems, while offering a suite of services that enhance the network and revenue generation opportunities.
