Starent’s project managers serve as your company's focal point for any project, issue, or question. They facilitate regular project meetings between our customers and their assigned team, making sure that seamless communications occur at all times and at all levels.

Supporting our project managers is a team of engineers and other specialists in the areas of planning and development, deployment, and lifecycle management. In addition to this team, Starent’s collective resources of are available to be leveraged by our project management team.

Our project managers take responsibility for the entire project, including:

• Developing project plans for network design, testing, lab/field trials, installation, updates, and upgrades
• Facilitating regular project meetings
• Coordinating all other Starent or third party resources and personnel
• Ensuring the smooth transition of change and issue management process
